The Azevedo Marketing Group LLC provides AI-powered website design, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and AI receptionist services for local service businesses. All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated in writing.

The free website audit is provided at no cost and no obligation. Results are based on publicly available data and our professional analysis. The audit is not a guarantee of specific results.

Our services operate on a month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel at any time. Unless otherwise agreed in a separate service agreement, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid billing period. See our Cancellation & Subscription Policy for how to submit a request.

Monthly fees are billed in advance. Failure to pay within 10 days of the due date may result in suspension of services.

All website designs, copy, and creative assets produced by The Azevedo Marketing Group LLC remain our intellectual property until paid in full. Upon full payment all deliverables become the property of the client.

The Azevedo Marketing Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
